What This Workbook Does
Key-result tracker: progress is measured from start value to target (increases or decreases), capped at 100%, and weighted into each employee's OKR score
Performance score on a 1-5 scale: your OKR weight applied to OKR progress plus the rest applied to a competency score from weighted manager, self and peer ratings
9-box placement: performance and potential ratings are turned into Low / Medium / High levels by your cut-offs and matched to a box label you can edit
Merit matrix: each box carries a merit increase % and bonus payout %, producing new salary and bonus payout for every employee
Merit pool check by department: merit cost against the pool percentage of payroll, with bonus payout totals and average scores
Retention flag for high flight-risk employees who are not Low performers (critical roles marked Act Now) and a succession pool of high-potential employees
Coaching and IDP log with due dates: open items past due are flagged Overdue against the report date
Talent report with the 3 x 3 grid of headcount by box and OKR progress by department
