Template License Agreement

1. Grant of License
When you purchase a template or workflow system from Datasheetly, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, customize, and operate the spreadsheet file for internal business or personal operations.
2. Standard Commercial License Scope
Every template purchase ($9–$35) grants an unconstrained, perpetual commercial license. There are no hidden seat upgrades or per-user subscription fees.
Any employee, partner, or contractor working within your company may use, duplicate, and modify the workbook. Store on local drives, OneDrive, Google Drive, or shared internal networks without seat restrictions.
Consultants, accountants, and agencies may populate, customize, and deliver finished calculation reports and PDF summaries to paying clients as part of service engagements.
3. Prohibited Restrictions
- You may not resell, sub-license, rent, or redistribute the template files or modified copies on marketplaces, torrent sites, or template libraries.
- You may not publicly share downloaded template files on public repositories, file sharing platforms, or forums.
4. No DRM / Macro-Free Commitment
We do not embed spyware, phone-home DRM, or obfuscated macros into our files. You own and control the spreadsheets you download.
5. Local Storage & Backup Obligation
Your license grants you perpetual rights to the files you download. You are responsible for downloading all file variants (.xlsx) to your own local drive or cloud storage promptly following purchase. Datasheetly does not warrant perpetual server hosting or indefinite digital vault availability.
